As a Certified Doula, I am excited to share my experience and knowledge with families around Durham Region and surrounding areas. I am here to assist families with being prepared and feeling confident before going into labor, being a physical support person during labor, and most importantly helping with a smooth transition into parenthood by providing that postpartum support. Providing immediate support to help with a smooth transition with welcoming a new baby into the world. The early days of parenthood can be tough, my role with Postpartum support is to assist with creating a calm environment in your home as well as providing all the resources needed.

As a Doula I help to improve the success of breastfeeding for mother and baby, however I support all methods of feeding your infant. I will work closely with you to ensure you are being supported and guidance is being provided.
