ALL About Me

As a Certified Birth, Postpartum, Bereavement Doula and Childbirth Educator, I am excited to serve families around Durham Region, Clarington, Kawartha and surrounding areas. My experience has allowed me to feel confident in supporting all types of clients based on their situations. However, I am most passionate about supporting births around holistic wellness, where mothers feel empowered to follow their intuition throughout pregnancy birth and beyond. I am here to assist families with being prepared and feeling confident before going into labor, being a physical and emotional support person during labor, and most importantly helping with a smooth transition into parenthood by providing that postpartum support. Joining your family during this time would be an absolute honor, and I hope to connect with you soon.

As a Doula I help to improve the success of breastfeeding for mother and baby, however I support all methods of feeding your infant. I will work closely with you to ensure you are being supported and guidance is being provided.
